Each vendor on Megacce Store is responsible for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds for their own products.
However, our customer service may intervene in unresolved disputes or in cases of non-compliance with the stated policy.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
After this period, the request may be refused unless the product is defective or non-compliant.
1. Log in to your account and go to “My Orders.”
2. Select the relevant order and click “Request a Refund.”
3. State your reason and, if possible, attach photos as evidence.
4. The vendor has 24 hours to respond.
A product may be refunded if it meets the following criteria:
- Returned in its original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged)
- Includes original packaging and proof of purchase
- Does not belong to the list of non-refundable products below
Unless otherwise stated by the vendor, the following items are generally non-refundable:
- Digital or downloadable products
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Discounted or clearance items
- Food or perishable goods
- If the product is defective or non-compliant, return shipping costs are borne by the vendor.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs may be borne by the buyer, depending on the vendor’s terms.
In case of disagreement between the buyer and vendor, our support team may intervene.
We will review communications, submitted evidence, and may decide on a partial refund, full refund, or rejection of the claim.
Once the return is accepted and the product received by the vendor, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the payment method used.
