Buying and Selling on Megacce Store

MEGACC provides an online sales space for partner vendors (those with vendor accounts on the platform). 
Each vendor can create a personalized online store to sell their products.

Products are organized into various categories and sold in stores that are clearly identifiable by customers.
Customers may leave reviews or comments on products so that other visitors can assess the quality or potential shortcomings of the items listed by vendors.

Selling on Megacce Store

A vendor listing products on Megacce Store has the right to receive online payments for customer orders. However, the amount paid by the customer is not transferred directly to the vendor. 
The vendor can withdraw their funds at any time after successfully delivering the product to the customer in compliance with the product’s online description.

The platform manager may establish a partnership agreement with the vendor through a signed contract, but this is not mandatory. 
By registering on Megacce Store and posting their products, vendors are deemed to have accepted the site’s Terms and Conditions of Use.

Vendors must:
- Ensure the quality of their products to maintain trust with clients and platform administrators.
- Provide clarifications when customers ask questions about their products.
- Facilitate product delivery in accordance with the platform’s service policies.

Buying on Megacce Store

Customers are free to purchase any product online on Megacce Store. Purchases may occur for several reasons:
- The product is available only for online payment, as set by the vendor.
- The product or service is in limited supply and the customer wishes to reserve it by paying online in advance.
- The product is a downloadable item (e.g., eBooks, videos) sold on Megacce Store.
- The vendor offers home delivery, and the customer wants to save time by purchasing online.

Megacce Store uses automated payment systems. For every payment made, three parties are notified by email: the platform administrator, the vendor, and the customer.

For online purchases, the vendor is responsible for pricing management. MEGACC reserves the right to manage delivery times and appropriate delivery locations. 
If a customer does not receive a product or service as described on the platform, they may contact the platform administrator for a refund.
